Cancellation Policy

1. Registration Confirmation Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and completion of the registration form. 2. Program Availability Placement is on a first-come, first-served basis. A minimum number of participants is required for a class to open. 3. Payment Terms Full payment for the session is due at the time of registration, unless a written payment plan has been approved in advance. 4. Late Registration Late registrations may be accepted based on availability and will be charged a prorated fee. 5. Refund Policy – Cancellation Before Program Start Date A full refund (minus a $25 administrative fee) will be given for cancellations made at least one month prior to the start date of the program. 6. Refund Policy – Cancellation After Program Start Date: a. For ongoing classes: Participation may be canceled with one month’s advance notice and prior coordination, subject to approval by the program director. b. For courses with a defined number of sessions: Registration may not be canceled after the course has begun, and no refunds will be issued. 7. Missed Classes Missed classes will not be refunded or credited. Make-up sessions may be offered at the discretion of the program director. 8. Program Cancellation by the Center If the center cancels a class or program, a full refund or credit will be issued. 9. Behavior Policy The center reserves the right to remove a child from a program due to behavioral concerns, with a prorated refund if necessary. 10. Schedule or Instructor Changes The center may adjust schedules or assign alternate instructors as needed. No refunds will be issued for such changes.
