Cancellation Policy

We are happy to offer an escort service from FRR School only, available for students enrolled in our afternoon programs. This service ensures that children are brought safely and directly from their classroom to the center under adult supervision. What does the service include? Walking escort from FRR School to the center. The escort is provided by a responsible staff member. Groups are small, with a maximum of 8 children per group. The service is available on specific days, based on pre-arranged schedules and program times. Registration and Payment The service is billed as a fixed monthly fee. Cancellation after the service has started does not qualify for a refund. Payment will continue through the end of the month in which cancellation was given. No refunds are issued for individual missed days. Absence If your child will not need the escort on a specific day, you must notify us by 12:00 PM on that day. Failure to notify in advance will result in an additional charge of $25. Responsibility & Safety Guidelines Escort responsibility begins only once the child arrives at the designated meeting point. Staff will not search for children within the school building. The service operates rain or shine—please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for the weather. Parents are responsible for picking up their child at the scheduled end time of the class. Late pickups may incur an additional fee.
